Symptoms of Hepatitis C

Some people infected with hepatitis C experience no symptoms at first.

However, symptoms may include:

  • Flu-like symptoms
  • Urine becomes dark
  • The skin and whites of eyes turn yellow
  • Loss of appetite
  • Tiredness
  • Fever
  • Nausea
  • Vomitting
  • Pain in the joints

Consequences/Complication of hepatitis C?

Some people develop liver cancer or liver cirrhosis (scarring of the liver) later in life.
